Yogurt ur Way is a family owned business. With 4 locations in Broward county. It’s partners Ron Mogerman and Art Metrano had a vision to open up yogurt stores with a unique look. Ron is the present owner of GameWorks and has vast experience in business. His partner Art Metrano has been an actor for over 40 years, and built two well known stores in Los Angeles “The NY Hot Dog Store and The Posh Bagel. With Ron and Art’s business sense and creativity they have brought the self serve frozen yogurt business to a whole new experience.
The first store opened Feb.2011 on Las Olas Blvd, Ft.Lauderdale. It was an overwhelming success from day one that led us to our Deerfield and Sawgrass mall locations. The last store built was at Hollywood Beach which opened in April of 2012 with a slight change in name to “Yogurt UR Way Café’ serving Smooth-e,Wraps,Specialty coffee’s and Breakfast. We pride ourselves on quality yogurt, customer service, exceptional staff and stores “So clean you can eat off the floor”.
Each store has a unique design. The Hollywood Beach store recently won an architectural design award. We look forward to serving you in any one of our locations. Respectfully,
Ron and Art
Why Yogurt is Good For Your Health
First off, let us not forget that yogurt comes from milk. So yogurt eaters will get a dose of animal protein (about 9 grams per 6-ounce serving), plus several other nutrients found in dairy foods, like calcium, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-12, potassium, and magnesium.
But one of the words we're hearing more and more of regarding yogurt is "probiotics." Probiotics are "friendly bacteria" that are naturally present in the digestive system. Live strains of these "good bacteria" are also found in many yogurt products. While more research needs to be done, there's some evidence that some strains of probiotics can help boost the immune system and promote a healthy digestive tract.
The health benefits of yogurt are so impressive that many health-conscious people make it a daily habit. And each year, more and more research is published adding insight into the health benefits from eating yogurt.
Here are four possible health benefits to having some yogurt each day:
Benefit No. 1: Yogurt With Active Cultures May Help the Digestive System
Benefit No. 2: Some Probiotic Strains May Boost the Immune System
Benefit No. 3: Yogurt May Help Prevent Osteoporosis
Benefit No. 4: Yogurt May Reduce the Risk of High Blood Pressure
